RETURNS

The following return policy applies to domestic orders only.

We accept returns 30 days after purchase date on all our non personalized or custom-made items.  All custom-made or personalized item sales are final and non refundable.  Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Return instructions:
1.    Ship all items in a secure container adequately taped or bound.
2.    Please include a copy of the original invoice and a brief description about why you were not totally satisfied with your purchase.
3.    Customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Please send goods insured and prepaid to:

We offer 2 return options:
1.    In store credit: Items may be exchanged for other goods of equal value. If value is greater the customer will have to pay the difference.
2.    Refund: The total amount for the items returned will be fully refunded to the original form of payment.



DELIVERY POLICY

We have teamed up with Federal Express to offer rapid delivery of goods anywhere in the world at a discounted price.

Domestic Delivery:

All products will be shipped via Federal Express Domestic Ground or Home Delivery. However, for rushed deliveries we also offer Overnight, 2 Day, and Express shipping services for an additional charge.

International Delivery:

International orders will be shipped via Federal Express International Economy or Priority. Please note that local taxes and duties are collected at time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
