The TATO’S 4-Ring Barrie Round Twist Sweet Iron Bit is a severe, leverage-based bit designed for experienced riders who require increased control and refined response.
The Barrie mouthpiece features two offset center links separated by approximately 20 mm, creating a double nutcracker action that increases pressure on the tongue and bars. This design produces a more concentrated and immediate response compared to standard jointed bits.
The four-ring cheekpiece introduces poll pressure and leverage, amplifying the action of the mouthpiece and allowing for adjustable rein placement depending on the desired effect. The round twist sweet iron mouthpiece further sharpens the signal, making this bit suitable for strong horses or advanced situations where precision is critical.
