We accept returns 30 days after purchase date on all items except on all custom-made items. All custom-made or personalized item sales are final and non-refundable. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags and packaging.
1. Ship all items in a secure container adequately taped or bound. 2. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a brief description about why you were not totally satisfied with your purchase. 3. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Please send goods insured and prepaid to:
1. In store credit: Items may be exchanged for other goods of equal value. If value is greater the customer will have to pay the difference. 2. Refund: The total amount for the items returned will be fully refunded to the original form of payment.
