Yes! We repair ALL brands of polo mallets. No matter where they were purchased, our workshop can bring them back to perfect playing condition.
You have three options:
Once you fill out the repair form, we’ll email you a return label with the exact cost listed. The label price is applied to your final repair invoice. If the label is not used or expires, you won’t be charged.
Absolutely. You can either purchase your own label or use ours. Many clients prefer our return labels since they’re discounted due to our bulk carrier rates.
Yes. Labels have an expiration date. We recommend shipping your mallets promptly after receiving your label to avoid delays.
Typical turnaround is 10 days, depending on workload and season. During high season, turnaround may take longer, so we recommend sending mallets early to avoid delays.
Don’t wait until high season. If you break a few mallets (e.g., 3–5), send them right away instead of waiting to collect a large batch. This ensures you’ll have plenty of mallets ready for the start of the season.
Yes, our repair shop operates 12 months a year. You can send or drop off mallets at any time.
At the moment, our return label service is only available in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). However, international clients can still send mallets using their own carrier.
