To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged item received).
Please check the outside of the package before opening. If there is visible damage to the shipping box or packaging, document it immediately—opening the package may impact eligibility for refund or return.
All custom made or personalized item sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tato’s Mallets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If returned to us, we may reship at the customer’s expense.
To begin a return, please complete the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a confirmation email with return instructions and the shipping address.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Email the images to info@tatosmallets.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If you need to exchange an item, you can return the original item through the same process. We’ll guide you through ensuring you receive the correct replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method.
