How to measure for elbow pads

1 Get a soft measuring tape ready
2 Wrap it around your forearm about 4 inches (10 cm) below the elbow hinge. Where the bottom edge of the guard sits
3 Keep the tape snug but not tight for an accurate measurement
Remember: snug fit, not tight!

Measure around the widest part of your elbow while slightly bent. For best fit, measure both arms.
